Queenie Jacobs attended the Truslove School in 1938. Other students included Kevin Coleman; James, Mary, Nell and Florence Turner, Cliff Lowe, Ken, Jean and Desmer Sime with later enrolments Ron and Dave Thomas.
Queenie died in a tragic riding accident at 18 years of age.
